Where are you from and what do you enjoy most about your home country?
Norway. The longer you stay away from your home country, the fonder you become of it I think. If I had to pick one thing I really enjoy (apart from seeing my family, friends and the food), I have to say the nature! Even in the capital, the scenery is stunning. Nothing beats jumping on one of the boats to one of the islands on a sunny day with good friends and lots of good food. Pure magic and tonic for the soul!

What are your interests and hobbies?
I love playing poker on my days off, if only for the banter, so it’s not so much about winning. Although winning is a bonus of course! I also enjoy spending time with my friends, cooking and chatting the night away. I am also a massive sports fan. Strangely enough, until I moved to the UK, I found football incredibly boring and a very slow game. However, working and living on this football mad island, the enthusiasm for the beautiful game did rub off. I had great fun in selecting my favourite team, with no clue on who was a good team, I simply went by how many Norwegian players they had. (At the time, they had 3).
Oh, and I nearly forgot… shopping!

What’s your star sign and which characteristic is most applicable to you and why?
Gemini…
I read the following somewhere and think this sums it up nicely:
“The Gemini motto might be "A rolling stone gathers no moss." You are the eternally youthful child, no matter your chronological age. A razor-sharp wit can have you verbally dueling with the very best of opponents, who moments later are your best of friends. As you fly through life, don't forget to take time to smell the flowers. They can be light and breezy as the breath of spring, but their words can also carry the power of a gale-force wind.”
“Gemini goes everywhere together, hand-in-hand, symbolizing your dual nature. Our world comes in pairs: good and evil, male and female, in and out, yin and yang - and Geminis are living proof. Some might say a Gemini is an entanglement of paradoxes, but the truth is that a Gemini has an easy acceptance of opposites. Gemini world is one of duality. Gemini can like this and that, one thing and its opposite.”

What’s your motto and why?
Every cloud has a silver lining! Why? I think if you look closer, you will always find that something happened for a reason and something good came of it. Even something incredibly sad can turn into something positive if you take the opportunity to do something with it. Given, sometimes it will take time, so patience is of essence.

Other than your own native tongue, what is your favourite language and why?
Written Chinese & Japanese. I just love the characters as they are like little works of art, each one of them.

What is your most embarrassing office moment?
A girl is allowed some secrets!

Which ‘super power’ would you most like to have and why?
To be able to control things with my mind. It would be great if you could magically reduce the queues at the supermarket, get a car parking space anytime you want and a lot more just by the power of your brain.

The US in the 1960s for the music, history and the clothes.

Which animal most sums up your personality and why?
I suppose saying “a human being” would not be the answer you were hoping to see here, so the next closest animal to match my personality would be a dolphin. Purely because they have lots of fun, they enjoy the water and have lots of freedom.
