Where are you from and what do you enjoy most about your home country?
From Gibraltar. Definitely the friends whom I’ve known most of my life. We all went to university and worked away in UK for years, and are now back in Gib. Nothing has changed! That and the weather… and the tapas!

What are your interests and hobbies?
Football a clear winner! A little obsessed with it to be honest! Do also enjoy tennis, rugby, golf, paddle tennis (great sport yet to make an impact in UK) and pretty much anything that is considered a sport. Also big on music with over 12,000 songs on my iPod now!

Who would your ideal dinner date be and why?
Originally Charlize Theron springs to mind, but recently Mila Kunis is in with a definite shout. Both are gorgeous, so if you get the opportunity to meet one of them, you never know! (You do know, but don’t burst my bubble!) If they weren’t available for unforeseeable circumstances, then David Beckham would be my firm second choice, being my childhood idol.

If you could only bring 3 things to a desert island what would they be?
Trying to avoid the obvious (boat, phone or laptop), so a football, my iPod and a super model for company (If my girlfriend wasn’t available of course!)

What’s your star sign and which characteristic is most applicable to you and why?
Taurus. I’m not really into star signs so the only characteristic I know a Taurus has are horns, and last time I checked, I didn’t have any.

What’s your motto and why?
Enjoy the game…because it’s very important. My mottos, or favourite expressions, change week in, week out. I basically always try to look on the positive side of things… if I have a really bad day, all I can do is laugh about it because there’s not much you can do about what’s already happened. Forget the past, concentrate on the present and future!

Other than your own native tongue, what is your favourite language and why?
Spanish because it’s the only other language I can attempt to speak. In Gibraltar, you are blessed with dodgy English and Spanish, so I am not in a position to be selective!

What is your most embarrassing office moment?
When a fellow colleague spilt a mug of coffee down my new shorts… I had to run to the toilet looking like I’d made a proper mess in an inconvenient area. Then I had to hitch a leg up to dry myself off with the hand dryer…. doing this, two other work colleagues walked in… very uncomfortable for all parties!

Which ‘super power’ would you most like to have and why?
Beggars can’t be choosers… I’d be happy with any ‘super power’. To fly or be invisible - either or! I’d fly everywhere… go for weekends away without having to pay for flights, and more importantly, airport tax and luggage – oh, and visa charges. And to be invisible… the reason is for me to know, and me alone!

If you could travel into the past just once, when and where would you go and why?
England winning the World Cup in 1966. In my lifetime, I will never experience this feeling! (I’m still very bitter about the disaster last World Cup!) Wouldn’t also mind going to see the dinosaurs back in the day!

Which animal most sums up your personality and why?
Probably a dog… I can’t keep still, get bored easily, need attention, love my food and have very simple pleasures all round.
