The following are the terms and conditions (the 'Terms') of the 'XMAS Promotion' (the 'Promotion') for www.888casino.com or www.777.com (the 'Site'). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ('888casino', 'us', or 'we', or 'our'). 18. To withdraw the Bonus and any winnings generated by the Bonus as well as the FreePlay wins the relevant amount must be wagered 30 times within 90 days from the relevant date of the claim.
19. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be canceled.

25. If you have a pending message on the Site’s regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
28. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us. With respect to a Pending Bonus, you may only fulfil any wagering requirements, using Available Funds and any wagers placed using Restricted Funds will in no way count to fulfilling the wagering requirements.

If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified Jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds.

If you have registered with 888casino and you have not successfully made a real money deposit into your account, in the event that you place a wager on casino games using Restricted Funds and win you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of $100 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $100 you will only receive $100. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified Jackpot winnings derived from Restricted Funds.

All Bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
