The following are the terms and conditions (the 'Terms') of the 'Weekly Appreciation Reward Offer Promotion' (the 'Promotion') for www.888casino.com (the 'Site'). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited, otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (please see below) ('888casino', 'us', or 'we', or 'our'). Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

1. This Promotion is ongoing, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the Promotion is to come to an end (the 'Promotion Period').
2. All times and dates are in GMT.

A. Eligibility

3. Only named players who have been specifically invited are eligible to participate in the promotion. The promotion cannot be transferred.
4. To be eligible to receive the Weekly Appreciation Reward, a player must deposit $50 or more during the relevant seven - day period.

B. The Promotion

B.1 General promotion terms

5. Deposits made with Skrill or NETELLER [payment methods] are not eligible for the offer made under this Promotion.
6. The Weekly Appreciation Reward is calculated for the seven days starting Wednesday, 00:01 GMT and ending on Tuesday, 23:59 GMT of the following week and will be credited on Thursday. In exceptional cases, the FreePlay may be delayed and will be granted within 72 hours of this time.
7. Players meeting the minimum deposit requirement of $50 or more during the relevant seven-day period will receive a Weekly Appreciation Reward of at least $10 FreePlay. The weekly appreciation reward may increase based on the player’s gaming activity (aggregated bets) up to $500 FreePlay.

B.2 Claim:

8. FreePlay is only valid if claimed.
9. A player must claim their FreePlay Appreciation Reward through either a pop-up message on the website or through the congratulatory email ('Claim Notices'). Players will receive these Claim Notices within approximately 72 hours of qualifying to receive the prize and must be claimed within no later than 48 hours thereafter, otherwise, they will forfeit the prize.
10. The prize will be credited to the player's account immediately following the claim.

B.3 Bonus types:

11. The entire FreePlay credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days of being credited to a player’s account.
12. The FreePlay may not be exchanged for cash.
13. FreePlay is valid for selected games only and can be divided in any way between those games. 888 reserves the right to modify the games selection on occasion.
14. FreePlay wins are granted only after the member has finished playing the entire FreePlay amount.
15. Maximum wins generated using FreePlay are equal to the amount of FreePlay granted.
16. FreePlay wins are automatically converted into Cash.
17. FreePlay wins and the Bonus are not applicable for Sport or Poker bets.

C. General:

18. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
19. You are eligible for this promotion only if you have completed the registration process at the Site, provided complete, truthful and accurate information in connection thereto, including without limitation, in respect of email address and payment details.
20. 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the Bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
21. If you have a pending message on the Site’s regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any Bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
22. If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any Bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such Bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.

Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero. The foregoing will not apply to your use of Free Spins, FreePlay and Jackpot vouchers, which can use at any time.
