1. Promotion Period

6. Free Spins Winnings and Wagering Requirements

Conversion of Free Spins winnings into Bonus

• Only if all two hundred (200) Free Spins are used in full within the Free Spins Period will any winnings generated from those Free Spins be converted into bonus funds (the “Bonus”).

• A maximum of £100 of winnings generated from the Free Spins may be converted into Bonus. Where the winnings generated from the Free Spins exceed £100, only £100 will be converted into Bonus and any amount above £100 will be forfeited.

• The Bonus will be credited to the customer’s Bonus Balance as Restricted Funds.

Wagering Requirements

• Once converted into Bonus, the Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement equal to ten (10) times the value of the Bonus credited  (the “Wagering Requirements”). The Wagering Requirements must be completed within seven (7) days of the Bonus being credited to the customer’s account (the “Wagering Period”)

Account balances

For the purposes of this Promotion:

• “Available Funds” means funds in the customer’s cash balance, including deposited funds, cash winnings and any bonus funds that have already been converted to cash following completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

• “Restricted Funds” means any Bonus credited under this Promotion that has not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirements, together with any bonus-related winnings associated with those funds.

• “Bonus Balance” means the part of the customer’s account in which Restricted Funds are held.

Use of Available Funds and Restricted Funds

• If a customer has both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in their account, wagers will be placed using Available Funds first.

• Restricted Funds will only be used once the customer’s Available Funds balance is zero.

• Only stakes taken from the customer’s Restricted Funds will count towards the Wagering Requirements.

• Any amount staked from the customer’s Available Funds will not count towards the Wagering Requirements.

• The customer’s main balance must be clear of all Available Funds before any Restricted Funds can be wagered for the purposes of completing the Wagering Requirements.

Multiple bonuses and sequencing

• If a customer has more than one bonus in their Bonus Balance, wagering requirements must be fulfilled in chronological order, starting with the bonus credited or converted first.

• All wagers placed using Restricted Funds will contribute towards the wagering requirements of the earliest credited or converted bonus in the customer’s Bonus Balance that still has unmet wagering requirements.

• The time limit for completing the Wagering Requirements for each bonus runs from the time that bonus is credited or converted and is not paused, extended or suspended because another bonus is ahead of it in the queue.

Withdrawal and expiry

• The customer cannot withdraw the relevant Restricted Funds, or any winnings generated from those Restricted Funds, until the applicable Wagering Requirements have been completed in full.

• Once the applicable Wagering Requirements have been completed in full within the Wagering Period, the relevant Restricted Funds and any associated winnings will automatically transfer to the customer’s Available Funds.
